Our normal business hours for technical email problems are 10am to 6pm EST, Monday thru
Friday.
We will answer your question in the order it was received as soon as possible. In some
cases it might be minutes before you get your response. In other cases it might take hours
or even days. It all depends on the difficulty of your question, how long we need to
research it and on that day's work load.
We do not answer questions during weekends and holidays unless it is an
emergency. By emergency we mean a working site that uses Licensed
ViaJCart that suddenly stopped working due to changes that you or your
provider made. If you are a Licensed user please specify URGENT in your email subject.
The email is not 100% reliable. If you don't get any answers from us in reasonable amount
of time please contact us again.
